Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician based in Arkansas. The role focuses on expert-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem solving to keep customer equipment running smoothly.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree with technical focus + 5 years related experience; or 7 years in same field.
• Experience with predictive technologies or condition-based maintenance is a plus.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, diagnose root causes, and replace defective parts.
• Identify and source parts and repair items to improve cost and reliability.
• Independently perform maintenance per industry standards and follow 5S housekeeping.
• Lead CI activities and support project teams with training and development.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and use predictive maintenance data to drive improvements.
