Agropur in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment while performing preventive maintenance on production lines.

You will read electrical prints, work orders, and manuals, collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Journeyman Degree required.
• Technical training in electrical, welding, HVAC or industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and help minimize production downtime.
• Set up, repair, rebuild and upgrade machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical prints, equipment manuals and work orders.
• Partner with production teams to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Support food safety, quality and workplace safety standards.

What you’ll be responsible for each day:

As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues and help minimize production downtime

The individual who will own this role:

To succeed as a Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in electrical, welding, HVAC or industrial maintenance preferred
• Journeyman Degree required
• 4+ years of maintenance/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical circuits, three-phase motors, transformers and control circuits
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and collaborate effectively with production teams
