Qualifications

• Minimum of 4,000 hours in industrial maintenance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in installation or maintenance.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in academic or industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve degree and certificate curricula.
• Teach courses on electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain instructional labs and Integrate certifications into programs.

Skills

Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems

Mechanical drives expertise

Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Experience in predictive maintenance technologies

Ability to integrate industry-recognized certifications

Education

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
