Job summary

Latent AI is seeking a Sr. Industrial Hygienist to join the EHS team, responsible for developing and implementing industrial hygiene programs across SpaceX locations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in health and safety disciplines.

Key responsibilities include performance tracking, compliance with OSHA regulations, and training delivery. Candidates with experience in data visualization and AI applications are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial hygiene programs across SpaceX facilities.
• Design dashboards to track performance and trends.
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML in exposure monitoring.
• Partner with teams to integrate safety controls.
• Lead exposure monitoring campaigns and interpret results.
• Document standardized processes for operational maturity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and similar regulations.
• Deliver training programs on industrial hygiene topics.
• Support incident investigations.
