Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive performance across transportation and warehousing operations. You will analyze workflows, design layouts and develop engineered labor standards that enhance safety, quality and productivity.

You will lead Lean and continuous improvement projects, support deployment of robotics and automation, and use data analytics to optimize processes and KPIs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on new site launches and best-practice

Qualifications

Experience applying Lean methodologies to manufacturing or logistics environments.
