We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the manufacturing operations behind these vehicles inside a large-scale R&D environment where the line, the product, and the processes are all maturing at once. You’ll take a data-driven approach to designing production lines and workstation layouts - from prototype and low-rate build through full-rate production - and own the metrics that keep them healthy. This is holistic ownership in a fast-paced, resource-limited setting, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Operations to get complex undersea hardware built and shipped to spec.

US Salary Range
$126,000-$167,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
