Job summary

GXO Logistics seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive performance across transportation and warehousing. You will analyze workflows, design layouts and develop engineered labor standards to improve safety, quality and productivity.

Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects, support robotics deployment, and use data analytics to optimize processes and KPIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on site launches and standardize best practices for blue-chip customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
• Proficiency with data analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience with robotics/automation deployment is a plus.
