Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Senior Electrician to perform electrical operations and maintenance across the site. Shift is 7am-5pm, 5 days per week with weekend and holiday work as necessary.

You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical equipment, power generation, and UPS. Proficient in reading drawings, using Maximo, and ensuring safety and cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school/GED + 2 years electrical maintenance or military experience.
• Associate’s degree + 6 months electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Operate and maintain backup power and UPS systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.
