Job summary
Air Products is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support reliable operation of our Industrial Electrical Equipment at North America facilities. You will report to the Manager of Electrical Engineering at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA, and work across a wide range of high voltage systems.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Technology with hands-on industrial experience.
- 6–8 years as a qualified electrical worker in an industrial facility is required.
- Experience with high voltage distribution equipment and protective relays is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on high voltage equipment and motors/generators.
- Direct and coordinate vendor shop repairs for HV equipment.
- Issue repair reports for historical documentation.
- Lead RCA and improve maintenance procedures.
- Program protective relays and align with system analyses.
