ICON is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer in Austin to join our Industrial Design team. You will be a direct contributor to conceiving, designing, validating, and launching world-class products and processes that enable dignified, affordable, and sustainable shelter globally.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and materials science, while partnering with external vendors to refine designs for production.

The ICON Industrial Design team is looking for a curious, passionate, and collaborative Senior Industrial Designer. An individual must be a highly motivated, determined problem-solver with a rigorous attention to detail. You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for conceiving, designing, validating, and launching ICON’s world-class products. As an ICONic, you will be a direct contributor to the development of entirely new products and processes to advance humankind’s ability to provide dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter to the world.
Reports to: Director, Industrial Design onsite in Austin, TX with some travel as needed per project.
