Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead high-performance tool designs at its Brookfield, Wisconsin site. You will mentor designers, conduct field research, and translate concepts into production-ready solutions through sketches, 3D models, and CMF considerations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product development for durable goods, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Blender/SolidWorks. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer products or durable goods.
• Proven leadership skills with a strategic approach to guiding design teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in sketching, CAD modeling, and visual storytelling, with experience in software such as Blender, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong Blender skills, or the ability/willingness to quickly learn, are highly desired.
• Open to domestic and international travel as needed.
