Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an in-house construction team overseeing industrial projects in the Mid Atlantic. You will guide project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include site inspections, bid package preparation, contract negotiations, value engineering, and change management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on ground-up construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team and subcontractors.
• Strong written and oral communication; time management and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Guides projects and teams through all construction phases from inception to delivery.
• Oversees daily progress, site inspections, and issue resolution.
• Prepares bid packages, evaluates bids, and negotiates contracts with subcontractors.
• Directs value engineering and constructability reviews to improve cost control.
• Manages RFI, submittal, and change order processes; updates budgets and schedules.
• Leads meetings with owners and partners and mentors project staff.
