Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Coalition Integration Specialist to coordinate coalition and partner nation integration across the Indo-Pacific, ensuring interoperability and mission readiness.

Qualifications

Eight+ years of experience in coalition operations and multinational planning.
Experience with DoD, USSOCOM, Joint Commands, or equivalent organizations.
Ability to brief senior Government leadership on integration and coordination.
Knowledge of Joint doctrine and security cooperation authorities.
Professional certifications (PMP, CPL, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate coalition and partner nation integration activities across logistics, mission support, training, and planning.
Facilitate collaboration among U.S. military, coalition forces, host nation agencies, and interagency partners to achieve objectives.
Develop coalition integration plans, procedures, and multinational engagement strategies.
Coordinate information sharing and operational collaboration while ensuring compliance with security policies.
Mentor junior personnel on coalition coordination, multinational planning, and engagement best practices.
