Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in Malvern, PA, seeks a Category Manager, Indirect, to drive enterprise-wide sourcing across functions such as Commercial, IT, HR, and Legal.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and the Global Procurement organization to deliver cost reductions, supplier innovations, and process improvements while managing MSAs, SOWs, and vendor risk. Domestic travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience leading indirect spend categories such as Commercial, IT, HR, Legal, and Facilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and technology agreements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement tools and spend analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend areas.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, including RFx and negotiations.
• Set annual savings targets and manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Drive cost reduction, value creation, and process improvements.
• Utilize CLM and analytics tools to enhance procurement excellence.
