Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- Minimum three years' procurement experience in Life Sciences or related industries.
- Experience with multi-site indirect services sourcing including gases and site services.
Responsibilities
- Lead indirect services sourcing across multiple NA manufacturing sites.
- Develop supply strategies and manage supplier relationships.
- Create and manage RFI/RFP processes and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and drive cost reduction opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance using defined metrics and OTIF.
- Collaborate with Legal and category teams on contracts and policies.
