BLACKCLOAK is seeking a Senior Incident Responder to join our Security Operations Team. This remote role involves onboarding clients to the BlackCloak platform, responding to queries, and conducting cybersecurity assessments. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant experience and a college degree in a related discipline.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an infosec/cybersecurity analyst role.
• Technical knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with penetration and vulnerability testing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to onboard them onto the BlackCloak platform.
• Respond to client inquiries, incidents, and alerts.
• Participate in the Incident Response Program.
