Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or NOC/ITOC environments with major incident leadership.
• Proven experience as Incident Commander during outages and executive communications.
• Advanced infrastructure monitoring experience with listed tools and Azure/hybrid IT.
• Hands-on knowledge across Windows, Linux, VMware and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and scripting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Incident Commander during critical outages, directing escalation paths and leading bridge calls.
• Provide real-time communications and updates to executives and global teams.
• Monitor mission-critical infrastructure using Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and more; perform proactive health checks.
• Troubleshoot across Windows/Linux, VMware, networking, and hybrid cloud environments; create automation scripts.
• Generate shift handover reports, incident retrospectives, and trend analyses.
