Intuit is hiring an Experienced Tax Expert for in-store support in Des Plaines, IL. In this seasonal, customer-facing role you’ll help individuals and small businesses prepare and file federal and state returns using Intuit’s tax tools.

You will analyze documents, identify deductions and credits, explain tax concepts clearly, guide customers through their options, and ensure accuracy and compliance while delivering an excellent in-person experience.

Formación

• Seasonal tax guidance experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Familiarity with federal and state tax concepts
