Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven litigation experience or equivalent skills
• First or second chair jury trial experience
• Proven experience with insurance defense is preferred

Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Prepares for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
• Prepares and presents pre- and post-trial motions
• Assists colleagues in calendar management
• Offers counsel to business clients on daily matters
• Manages projects and coordinates among legal teams
• Monitors laws and regulations relevant to L&R and advises business units
