Job summary

Us Tech Solutions in Irving, TX seeks a senior RF design and PMO professional for the National In-Building Strategy team. You will drive operational efficiencies and manage complex deployments across national DAS systems, coordinating strategic infrastructure lifecycle initiatives.

The role requires advanced iBwave RF design skills, robust project management, and strong stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of In-Building RF design and optimization experience.
• 3+ years of technical project management experience.
• iBwave Level 3 certification (recent expiration may be considered).
• Proficiency in RF design for LTE and NR networks; familiarity with Ericsson/Samsung equipment.

Responsibilities

• RF Design Reviews: review and approve project initiation requests; review and approve in-building and venue DAS designs; engage with external vendors.
• Stay current with equipment from network and approved DAS OEMs by attending technical sessions with Ericsson, Samsung and approved DAS OEMs.
• Support strategy team in developing standardized design guidelines and strategy documentation; present engineering analyses to groups.
• Lead execution of complex, multi-site projects including cellular, WiFi and MoCN rollouts; manage vendor relationships and internal coordination.
• Develop and communicate technical presentations to senior management (budget slides, D-RAN strategy).
• Organize internal technical forums to promote knowledge sharing and standardization across markets.
