Chamberlain Advisors, in Phoenix, AZ, is launching a high-profile U.S. immigration practice on behalf of its client, CIBT, Inc.

This Senior Associate Attorney will serve as the substantive legal engine, handling complex employment-based matters, and carrying the caseload to establish the practice’s reputation. The role requires active Arizona licensure, deep experience in nonimmigrant and immigrant immigration, and the ability to operate within a boutique, private-equity-backed platform.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona bar admission at hire or admission on motion with firm support.
• Hands-on depth across U.S. employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant filings.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience advising mobility leaders, HR executives, and in-house counsel on immigration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Nonimmigrant Visa Filings: Draft and file the full nonimmigrant stack as named attorney of record.
• Immigrant Lifecycle: Manage PERM, I-140 across EB-1A/EB-2/EB-3, I-485, and consular processing.
• RFE & NOID Response: Prepare responsive filings and remediate issues quickly.
• Docket Ownership: Maintain a deadline-driven caseload from intake through adjudication.
• New-Office & Cross-Border Expansion: Advise on L-1 petitions and cross-border strategy.
• Client Service & Delivery: Uphold elevated, white-glove service and client communications.
