Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing a substantial and complex immigration caseload.
• Ability to handle sophisticated legal matters with limited supervision.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound and independent legal judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Leadership, mentoring skills, and commitment to client service.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case-management technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent, substantial immigration caseload and develop case strategies.
• Provide sophisticated legal advice, client service, and high-quality representation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level attorneys and staff; review work and provide feedback.
