The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in employment-based immigration law, particularly with non-immigrant classifications. Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of full-time experience practicing employment-based/corporate immigration law.
• Strong understanding of non-immigrant classifications like H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, J-1, O-1.
• Background responding to RFEs.
• Firm grasp of business immigration policy and understanding of the PERM labor certification process.
