Job summary

BAE Systems seeks mid-level and senior Imagery Analysts to support NGA. You will leverage GIS tools to create, edit, and review geospatial products, and you will generate training data for AI platforms.

You will apply photointerpretation to imagery and multi-INT sources to identify targets and annotate features, while leveraging a strong Order of Battle background. Candidates must have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of imagery/geospatial experience, and demonstrated ability to mentor junior team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of imagery/geospatial analysis in the Intelligence Community at national or operational military level.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Attended a certified imagery schoolhouse or GEOINT Training Program
• Experience with ML training data creation, annotation, and review
• Extensive order of battle knowledge including air, sea, and ground equipment and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the intelligence collection process
• Experience in targeting and precision point mensuration
• Experience training and mentoring junior team members
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide imagery and geospatial analysis services for ML training data to support AI platforms.
• Apply photointerpretation to imagery, multi-INT and other data to identify and annotate targets.
• Produce, review, and verify geospatial intelligence products and reports.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership in a dynamic, demanding environment.
• Maintain and apply Order of Battle expertise across platforms and domains.
