Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for Identity Management to ensure the reliability, security, and operational excellence of privileged identity platforms across on‑prem and cloud. Role blends hands‑on engineering with leadership, reducing incidents and remediation of vulnerabilities.

You will design, implement, and operate highly available identity services, lead vulnerability remediation, and collaborate with Cyber Security, Cloud, and Application teams to embed

Qualifications

• Experience with privileged identity and secrets management platforms.
• IAM and PAM concepts including Tier 0 security.
• Experience operating identity platforms in on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CyberArk PAM and enterprise secrets platforms.
• Apply SRE principles to identity platforms for availability and performance.
• Lead remediation of vulnerabilities and hardening efforts.
• Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery for PAM and vault services.
• Develop automation for provisioning, rotation, and access workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for identity services.
• Support incident response and post‑incident improvements.
• Collaborate with Identity Engineering, Security, Cloud teams to embed controls.
• Contribute to runbooks and architectural guidance for identity services.
