Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Identity to help develop and deliver identity solutions, including verification, lifecycle management, and externalization. You will collaborate with technology, design, and business partners to launch products that strengthen trust and improve the customer experience.

You will assist in feature development, backlog refinement, and market research, while maintaining momentum and delivering clear status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology roles
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with technology and business partners
• Foundational knowledge of identity, data, security, or digital products
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills in a delivery environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering identity product features by gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Support backlog management by organizing, refining, and prioritizing work with the team
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement features and resolve issues
• Track delivery progress, surface risks, and elevate blockers to maintain momentum
• Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product decisions
• Analyze data, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and guide iteration
• Prepare product documentation and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and team members
• Stay current on digital identity trends, standards, and best practices, and seek feedback to grow product skills
