The Senior IAM Specialist role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, and triage of IAM escalations and general support. This role requires experience supporting Okta workflows and Active Directory, as well as a solid understanding of attribute management for Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC). A strong focus on customer service is also required. Fluency with PowerShell and MS Graph is desired.
