Job summary

RED Group is seeking a Sr. Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Consultant to serve as the on-site technical authority for all building automation and control systems on a large-scale Data Center project.

You will oversee design, implementation, integration, commissioning and validation to meet reliability and performance standards. The role is embedded on-site for the full project duration and will coordinate with the owner, contractors, commissioning agents, vendors and other consultants on all

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Engineering or commensurate experience.
8+ years in industrial or mission-critical control systems.
Experience with Rockwell PLC programming.
Experience with Ignition SCADA development and programming.
Experience with Data Center BMS/BAS and EPMS.
Experience with chiller controls programming.
Experience leading L3–L5 commissioning of complex facilities.
Experience IST in data centers or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site SME for BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and related control systems.
Review and validate control designs, submittals and sequences of operation.
Ensure implementation aligns with Owner standards and data center best practices.
Lead controls coordination meetings across MEP, IT and commissioning teams.
Provide technical leadership to controls contractors and integrators.
