Job summary

Applied Research Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time ICBM Training Support Analyst to assist AFGSC/10 on-site at Barksdale AFB, LA. The role focuses on training requirements development and analysis support for ICBM modernization and sustainment.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance and at least 10 years of ICBM operations/maintenance experience, plus a minimum of 3 years in a staff role within Air Force MAJCOM or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required or previously held.
• Minimum 10 years ICBM operations/maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of staff experience with USAF MAJCOM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support training planning, analysis, program management, and decision support for ICBM modernization.
• Coordinate, review, and edit training plans to assess impact on HQ AFGSC/A10 missions.
• Draft and support requirements briefings to MAJCOMs, AF, joint, and national agencies.
• Analyze training plans to support milestone decisions for future nuclear systems.
• Participate in integrated training teams for current and future ICBM acquisitions.
• Assist in providing requirements and program oversight to training programs and equipment.
• Interface with agencies to ensure training compliance.
• Draft staffing packages, briefings, white papers, and e-staffing in response to MAJCOM taskings.
