CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement ICAM/Zero Trust solutions in a sophisticated national security setting in Hanover, MD. You will develop secure, scalable full-stack applications, align with DevSecOps, and deploy via Kubernetes with automated pipelines.

You should bring 12+ years of software engineering, 5+ years in SIGINT/IA/IT, and strong Java with Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular, OAuth/OIDC, and cloud experience.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting SIGINT, IA, or IT environments.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Front-end experience with ReactJS or Angular.
• Experience building secure, scalable full-stack applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience; Linux Bash scripting.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; customer-facing support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ICAM applications and services.
• Develop new features and interfaces based on requirements.
• Support both front-end and back-end development using modern practices.
• Integrate Java-based ICAM components into enterprise solutions deployed with Kubernetes and automation scripts.
• Modify schemas to support configurable data requirements.
• Perform integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment across environments.
• Build and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Support containerized deployments and environment configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve software, integration, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders for technical support and issue resolution.
• Contribute to documentation, release management, and configuration control.
