Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS SCI clearance; CI Poly eligible; US citizen
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 8 years of relevant work experience or master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures
• Ability to identify client customizations to standard solutions
• Ability to debug software issues and recommend fixes
• SEC+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or ability to attain within 60 days)

Responsibilities

• Manage a client’s integration with our services using project management skills
• Debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes
• Brief Program/Customer leadership and communicate product and implementation details
• Implement, evolve, and support authentication, SSO, SAML, federation and cloud infrastructure
• Describe, analyze, and document enterprise IT architecture
• Perform software testing and validation; improve procedures as needed
• Integrate services across different systems
• Raise impediments to Program Leadership
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline from requirements to usability sessions
