Job summary

Serco Inc. in Denton, TX seeks a Senior ISSE/ISSO to own ICAM security across enterprise systems, focusing on Okta and SailPoint governance, authentication, and provisioning.

You will lead RMF-based A&A activities, coordinate with ISSM/AO, and ensure continuous authorization while aligning with DoD expectations. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a strong ICAM background, and hands-on engineering depth to secure identity platforms and integrate with PAM, PKI, federation, and governance

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire.
• Deep hands-on experience with Okta and SailPoint in enterprise environments.
• Experience across ICAM including credentialing, federation, PKI/PIV-based auth, and PAM.
• Ability to architect and operate RMF/NIST compliant identity controls.
• Strong written security documentation skills (SSPs, POA&M).
• Ability to work in Central Time Zone hours and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM architecture using Okta and SailPoint.
• Configure Okta SSO, adaptive MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Engineer identity governance workflows, access certifications, and provisioning.
• Integrate with AD/ Azure AD, PKI, and downstream apps via SCIM/SAML/OIDC.
• Perform RMF A&A activities and support vulnerability remediation.
• Embed zero-trust and least-privilege in identity workflows.
• Serve as ISSO of record for identity management with continuous ATO.
• Document risk assessments and continuous monitoring for assigned systems.
