Job summary

Suvi Global Services, an Akima company, is seeking an ICAM Engineer to support Identity, Credential and Access Management across DoW OIG networks. This on-site role is based in Virginia and requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will serve as the senior SME for ICAM in hybrid Microsoft environments, drive the transition to Azure and Entra-based identity, collaborate with architects, and guide secure modernization while maintaining legacy support.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 8–10 years in an IT related field.
• Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for ICAM across hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Design and guide modern ICAM architecture including Azure and Entra-based identity.
• Assess identity services, directories, federation, and security controls.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Solution Architects.
• Design and support hybrid identity solutions with AD, Entra ID, and on‑prem sources.
• Develop migration strategies to Azure while supporting legacy auth methods.
• Implement modern access controls including MFA, CA, RBAC and Zero Trust.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams during design and implementation.
• Identify modernization opportunities and document migration plans.
