V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior IBM Master Data Management (MDM) & Integration Developer for our premier client in Lansing, MI.

The role requires extensive Java/J2EE experience, Linux/Unix troubleshooting, and hands-on Kafka integration. The ideal candidate will have strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, plus exposure to OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE experience including Java, JSP, and REST/SOAP-based services.
• 5+ years Linux/Unix experience with command-line usage and troubleshooting.
• Experience with batch processing using WildFly and Kafka.
• Experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining CRON jobs for batch processes.
• Experience with Flowable is a strong plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using AzureDevOps, Azure Repos, or similar tools.

Primary Location: Lansing, MI

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior IBM Master Data Management(MDM) & Integration Developer for our premier client in Lansing, MI.

Education And Experience

• 8+ years of Java / J2EE experience, including Java, JSP, and REST/SOAP-based services, with strong production troubleshooting skills
• 5+ years of experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems, including command-line usage, log analysis, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with batch processing using WildFly and Kafka
• Experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining CRON jobs for batch and scheduled processes
• Experience in development of Flowable is a strong plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azuredevops, azure git repo, or similar tools

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including topic creation and configuration, producer and consumer development, message flow troubleshooting, and understanding of Zookeeper and Kafka Food and Beverage concepts using strimzi operator.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
• Exposure to OpenShift and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
