Job summary

KBR is seeking an IAMD Analyst to join the National Security Solutions team in Arlington, VA. You will assess policy impacts, prepare decision papers, and brief senior leaders on options, risks, and tradeoffs in missile defense and air defense.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of IAMD experience, strong writing skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance. On-site work with minimal travel, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAMD, missile defense, air defense, or related operational/analytic work in a headquarters, MAJCOM, or joint environment.
• Strong analytic and writing skills, with experience producing decision‑support products on complex technical or operational topics.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess how treaty requirements affect basing, alert postures, exercises, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare point papers, white papers, decision memos, and briefings that explain IAMD options, risks, and tradeoffs for senior leaders.
