Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management Project Manager in the United States to lead key IAM initiatives. You will coordinate internal resources and external partners, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Identity & Access Management, you will enhance program outcomes and organizational reputation by owning project delivery, risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Proven working experience in IAM and cyber security.
• Strong client-facing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report progress to management and manage stakeholder relations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track performance toward short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
