Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a skilled IAM Specialist to focus on implementing IAM solutions and integrating cloud identity providers in Seattle, Washington. The role requires a strong background in Information Security and Cloud Identity, with at least 4 years of experience, including expertise in managing cloud environments and security protocols.

The successful candidate will engage in tasks such as configuring Ping Directory, developing integration patterns, and deploying compliance workflows. The position offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Information Security, with 2 years in implementing IAM solutions.
• Experience with integration patterns with IdPs such as Okta or Auth0.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP solutions including monitoring for performance.

Responsibilities

• Complete baseline environment configuration for Ping Directory and Conductor One.
• Integrate HRIS (Workday) with the IGA platform for JML processes.
• Deploy workflows and automated reporting to support SOX/ISO privileged access reviews.

Skills

Integration with Cloud Identity Providers (AWS IAM, Azure)

Expert-level knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0

Understanding of Zero Trust principles

Ability to develop code in Python or Go

Experience with API Security

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
