Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Principal ICAM Modernization Leader with deep hands-on IAM modernization experience to guide enterprise IAM initiatives in government environments. You will architect, implement, and lead IAM/ICAM cloud solutions with Zero Trust principles, overseeing lifecycle from planning to delivery.

You will drive technical integration, direct program management, and coordinate a government-facing team to align stakeholders and subcontractors around a single IAM plan and vision.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT program management experience (PM/Deputy PM/Senior PM).
• 7–10 years IAM solutions design/implementation in AWS GovCloud environments.
• Active PMP or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation-level knowledge for IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority over full lifecycle of IAM/ICAM solutions.
• Lead end-to-end IAM modernization across a cloud ecosystem.
• Coach and develop the IAM solution team and manage scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
