Job summary

Yum seeks a senior Cyber Security Analyst II to lead IAM design, administration, and security across Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments. You will drive identity governance, access controls, and modern authentication strategies, ensuring robust protection of enterprise identities.

In this role, you will implement automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security and compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, systems engineering, or IAM experience.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
• Experience supporting hybrid identity architectures.
• Experience with audit, compliance, and governance activities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Design and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Administer RBAC and privileged access management solutions.
• Manage Conditional Access Policies, MFA, Passwordless, Identity Protection, Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and PIM.
• Implement security controls to protect enterprise identities and privileged accounts.
• Investigate and remediate identity-related security findings and vulnerabilities.
• Support remediation from penetration tests, audits, and security assessments.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Engineering, HR, and Applications teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts.
