Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist to design, implement, and sustain enterprise IAM lifecycle capabilities across client environments. You will ensure proper provisioning, access reviews, and entitlements while collaborating with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in information security, 2+ years in IAM, and hands-on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint/APDS), SSO (Okta/Entra ID/Ping Identity), and IAM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience.
• 2+ years of IAM experience.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or APDS.
• Experience with SSO federated identity management (Okta, Entra ID, or Ping Identity).
• Experience configuring IAM tools such as CyberArk, MIM, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth and directory services integrations.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and sustain secure IAM lifecycle capabilities across client environments.
• Conduct identity provisioning and de-provisioning, access reviews, and workflows.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for identity or access issues.
• Collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM into workloads.
