Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will design, implement, and operate secure workforce identity services for Rubrik’s RSC-G environment, owning Okta and SailPoint administration in FedRAMP contexts.

Collaborate with InfoSec, Network, CloudOps, and IAM Governance to sustain compliance, availability, and audit readiness; implement MFA, device trust, SCIM, and SSO across SaaS and GovCloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM with SailPoint ISC and Okta administration.
• Experience with SSO, SCIM provisioning, API automation, and policy management.
• Strong knowledge of PAM, MFA, and identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM strategy and architecture for enterprise access control.
• Design IAM for cloud and on‑prem environments, including SSO and identity federation.
• Implement PAM and automate identity lifecycle management.
• Lead governance and compliance with standards (NIST, GDPR).
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to align IAM with business needs.
• Manage and scale identity protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth.
