Job summary

Relevance Lab in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and secure authentication and authorization across applications and APIs. Focus on SSO, OIDC, and OAuth2 across web, mobile, and service-to-service use cases.

You will collaborate with architecture, platform, security, and product teams to ensure scalable, standards-based identity solutions and guide enterprise integrations with Okta in alignment with organizational identity standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, architecting and implementing secure authentication and authorization with IAM, SSO, OIDC, SAML, OAuth2.
• Experience developing software for US mortgage industry.
• Strong collaboration with security, architecture and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using IAM principles to enable SSO and secure access for internal and external applications, platforms, and APIs.
• Lead implementation of modern identity standards including OIDC and OAuth 2.0 across web, mobile, and service-to-service use cases.
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations with Okta for onboarding, federation, and secure access.
• Collaborate with architecture, platform, security, and product teams to define and evolve standard authentication patterns.
• Document identity architectures, integration patterns, and operational guidance for onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Business Systems Manager and Business Analyst on planning and delivering production code changes.
• Provide business and project expertise when collaborating with clients and IT resources to identify requirements and implement solutions.
• Responsible for source code development; create technical documentation; manage version and quality control processes.
• Participate in unit testing, performance tuning, defect remediation, and deployment planning.
• Join Production Support Escalation for high-severity issues within the application domain.
• Can analyze, design and develop complex programming systems independently.
• Chair Agile Team meetings and perform related duties as assigned by management.
