Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead PKI modernization and directory consolidation. You will design and implement secure PKI infrastructures, integrate Entra ID, and guide governance, lifecycle management, and automation across enterprise-grade platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and eDirectory, plus hands-on PKI design, CA management and compliance with NIST/ISO/SOX/PCI-DSS.

Qualifications

• 12 years in IAM architecture, engineering, administration and operations focused on directory services and PKI.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory (on‑prem and hybrid), Entra ID, and eDirectory.
• Hands‑on experience in designing and operating Microsoft PKI, including certificate authority management, certificate lifecycle, and automation.
• Experience with security roadmap development, risk assessment, and compliance (NIST, ISO, SOX or PCI‑DSS).
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop a roadmap for IAM directories consolidation.
• Provide guidance and integration support for Entra and IAM security enhancements.
• Architect and implement PKI modernization, including infrastructure changes for reduced certificate lifespans.
• Advise on governance, lifecycle management and automation of digital certificates.
• Lead migration planning, risk assessment, and mitigation for directories and PKI modernization.
• Perform technical knowledge transfer, upskilling internal teams on new infrastructure and practices.
