Job summary

Charter Global is seeking an experienced Okta SME / Architect to lead identity architecture and lifecycle management in a large enterprise environment. This role covers Okta, Entra ID and AD, with a focus on automated, secure IAM aligned to Zero Trust and compliance.

The candidate should bring deep expertise in identity governance, federation technologies and PowerShell automation, and be able to work onsite in Herndon, VA three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in System Administration or IAM engineering.
• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management.
• Deep expertise with Okta, Entra ID, AD and MFA.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM architecture for Okta, Entra ID and AD.
• Design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM solutions.
• Oversee onboarding, access governance and lifecycle processes.
• Develop automation for provisioning, deprovisioning and auditing.
• Create IAM docs, diagrams and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Cloud/Infra teams.
• Support incident response and reliability initiatives.
