Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management professional to design, implement, and oversee Active Directory and related security controls. The role focuses on AD modernization, cloud integration with AWS, and strengthening IAM governance across a large enterprise.

You will lead the design of privileged access, incident response, and change management while collaborating with IAM and PAM teams to ensure compliant, scalable identity infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Active Directory administration in large enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating AD with IAM, PAM, and governance platforms.
• Strong understanding of AD security and delegation models.
• Proven troubleshooting across authentication, replication, DNS, and account lifecycle issues.
• Experience with AWS AD implementations and cloud integration.
• Experience supporting multi-domain or multi-region AD environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, and automation to modernize AD.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, operate, and secure AD forests, domains, trusts, and domain controllers.
• Collaborate with IAM and PAM teams to design privileged access controls and admin group structures.
• Monitor and remediate Active Directory health issues and authentication failures.
• Support AD integrations with governance, access requests, authentication, and certification platforms.
• Develop runbooks and operational documentation for AD services.
