The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience with IAM systems, strong integration skills with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and Forgerock, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in systems engineering.
• 5 years as a senior developer or architect focused on IAM.
• Experience with enterprise-level IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the end-to-end IAM framework for Maryland Benefits applications.
• Implement and manage SSO solutions (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
• Lead the integration and development of IAM solutions.

Skills

Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM)

Expert-level knowledge of IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Forgerock)

Scripting skills (Python, Java, .NET)

Leadership and communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Master’s degree (preferred)
