Chevron Corporation in Seneca, IL is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Electrical Specialist to install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, electrical systems, and process controls across the facility. This hands-on role demands advanced technical expertise for reliable plant operation, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will troubleshoot control loops, support PLC/DCS systems, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of industrial I&E experience
• Knowledge of process instrumentation and calibration
• Experience reading P&IDs, loop diagrams, schematics
• Experience with CMMS maintenance documentation

Responsabilidades

• Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation
• Troubleshoot control loops (4-20 mA, HART, Modbus)
• Maintain control valves, positioners, and regulators
• Support PLC/DCS systems (AB, Siemens)
• Interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams
