Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Senior I&E Designer to lead I&E design efforts from concept through construction in Katy, TX. This role sits at OPD headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no visa sponsorship.

You will develop and review I&E deliverables, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and lead QA/QC reviews while promoting safe, value-driven design and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Develop and review I&E deliverables and diagrams.
• Coordinate with piping, civil/structural, and process teams.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of I&E work.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolution.
• Support project progress updates and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review key I&E deliverables, including one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate I&E scope with other disciplines to resolve issues early.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and integrate equipment requirements.
