Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is looking for a Senior Instrumentation and Controls CAD Designer to join their multidisciplinary Process Infrastructure and Design team. This full-time role requires expertise in 2D/3D AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit, and is ideally based in Phoenix. You will develop detailed instrumentation designs and work on diverse projects with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience supporting EPC or large multidiscipline infrastructure projects.
Ability to learn new techniques and work independently.
Demonstrated effectiveness in mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed instrumentation deliverables including loop diagrams and installation details.
Translate PFDs and P&IDs into detailed design packages.
Effectively execute engineering designs with minimal oversight.

Skills

Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD

Strong proficiency in Revit

Expertise in Water/Industrial/Mining plant layouts

Technical writing skills

Education

Technical degree/diploma/certificate in related field
