Job summary

NVIDIA in the United States is seeking a Senior Hypervisor and RTOS Engineer to advance our DRIVE Software stack for autonomous vehicles. You will design and implement RTOS and hypervisor features, and bring them up on new NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.

You’ll tackle complex debugging across hardware, firmware, RTOS, and virtualization layers, lead cross-team initiatives, and help ensure automotive-grade safety and security in our real-time systems.

Qualifications

• BS, MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software and systems experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features for RTOS and hypervisor software stack.
• Bring up and optimize RTOS and hypervisor stacks on NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.
• Develop high-integrity software using safety and security practices.
• Debug complex system-level issues across hardware, firmware, RTOS, and virtualization layers.
• Lead team-wide technical initiatives by aligning stakeholders and driving them to completion.
